As part of its commitment to responsible citizenship and environmental sustainability, Jet Nteo School of Specialisation recently organised a community clean-up and tree planting campaign involving learners, educators, and community volunteers.
The initiative focused on promoting environmental awareness while encouraging learners to take pride in protecting and improving their surroundings. Participants worked together to clean designated areas, collect litter, and plant indigenous trees that will contribute to a greener and healthier environment for future generations.
Throughout the day, learners demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of social responsibility while learning about the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
The event also provided an opportunity for learners to put the school’s values into action by serving their community and making a meaningful contribution beyond the classroom.
School leadership expressed appreciation to everyone who participated and reaffirmed Jet Nteo’s commitment to developing responsible, compassionate, and environmentally conscious young leaders.
The success of the initiative serves as another reminder that positive change begins with small actions and collective effort, inspiring learners to continue making a difference in their school and community.
